The Ecolodge is a great place to hold a business function. It is very
suitable for organized meetings, workshops, retreats, and seminars alike. If
your group is looking for a different experience, where you can concentrate on
the work at hand and not be distracted by blaring televisions or cell phones
then you should consider the Ecolodge. For corporate groups we reserve the
entire lodge for your use, and our services are at your disposal. Typically,
meetings will go on through the day, breaking off in the late afternoon, with
evenings being "free time".
The Lodge has a main central lounge that is suitable for meetings. We
can arrange the tables and furniture to suit your needs, and tea and coffee are
always handy, sitting on the woodstove. We have 15 bedrooms, and the Lodge can
comfortably hold up to 34 people during a corporate retreat or company
party.
An incidental bonus is that the sheer isolation of the lodge means that
your group is forced to spend "quality time" with each other. So, even when you
are not discussing business, your work mates are bonding. Whether it is while
having a beer around the bonfire at night, or out in a canoe fishing in the
evening, everyone will come back with a greater understanding and appreciation
of the people they work with.

We specialize in Team Building programs and will be happy to
design a 1-3 day training session for you, using our extensive experience with
the outdoors and team building challenges.
There are a number of "off the shelf" programs for you to choose from. If none of these
meet your requirements we can quite easily custom design a program that
does.
We rely on the expertise of our sister company,

The Wild, and several management consultants and facilitators. Our team
includes consultants from Canada, USA, and even military advisors from
Britain's Royal Air Force (RAF). |
