2012 Winter Rates

All packages include:

• Accommodations
• Meals (from dinner on first day to lunch on the last day)
• Use of ski trail system (over 60km!)
• Use of the outdoor hot tub and sauna!
• Please note that the bedrooms are basic and cozy. There is no TV, phone, or coffee machine in the room, but there is an electric light and a comfortable custom built bed (doubles and singles)
• Women's and men's bathrooms and showers are shared

Luggage Transfers are optional, at $10/adult.

Foreign tourists can claim half the tax back on any guided program by filling out this government HST Rebate form.

Rates/Person (Meals Included) Prices are per person + 13% taxes. 5% Staff Gratuity is additional. Unfortunately, due to its' wilderness nature, the Lodge is not suitable for babies or pets. If you are a single and you want a private room there is a Single Supplement fee of C$85 for a 2 night stay.

Check-In

Check-in is any time after 2:00pm. Check-out is 12:00pm. From our parking lot there is a 2.5 km ski (about 20 minutes) to the Lodge. If you have paid for a Luggage Transfer then leave your luggage in the Change Hut and we will retrieve it for you once you arrive at the building.

Late Arrivals

If you will be arriving after dark please ensure that each person has a flashlight as the walk in is VERY dark. Also, since dinner is served until 7:00pm please eat before you arrive if it will be later than that. In order for us to be able to collect your luggage you must check-in by 10:00pm. If you arrive after in the parking lot after 9:30pm please carry in what you need for the night, and remember that there is a 2.5 km hike through the dark forest. The staff usually goes to bed at 11:00pm so the building will be dark, but we will leave a note on the counter for you with your room number. The rest of your luggage will be collected in the morning.

Laundry Service

In keeping with our environmental policies, and minimizing our footprint on the environment, we do not change your bedsheets every day. Sheets are changed and laundered once the guests check-out. This reduces each person's footprint in terms of the amount of water and detergent required. Similarly, guests bring their own soap and shampoo, as well as towels since you can wash your own towel at home with your regular load of laundry, again reducing your environmental impact.

Lodge Winter Operation Dates

The Eco-Lodge will be open the following dates during the winter:

• December 28, 2011 - January 4, 2012 - every day (New Year's Eve)
• January 6 - March 25 - 7 days a week
• We will close for the season after March 26, 2012
