The outdoor alternative energy hot tub and sauna at the Eco-Lodge are both on the edge of our private lake, and provide an excellent way to relax after a day on the trails. While the hot tub is powered with our own 100% green electricity, the sauna is heated by wood. Our hot tub is the only one in southern Ontario powered with electricity derived from alternative energy.
In the winter we have a tradition of jumping out of the hot tub to do a "snow angel". For the truly adventurous we also cut a hole in the ice for a polar bear dip!!
Once you've been in the hot tub for a while it's always fun to join our International Polar Bear club! Just jump through the hole in the ice, or do a "bathing suit snow angel"!!
